A sustained healthy diet is difficult to keep to on the road, and rituals around good and drink are especially important to ground the team. (They also delay any onset of culture shock). Today’s muesli mix by @serota is complimented by finding a local supplier of fresh yoghurt, and daily deliveries of strawberries, banana and papaya. While most of out output on this phase of the project is digital-intellectual the gradual refinement of dishes of the course of the project provides the opportunity to trigger other senses, and helps turn a building into an inspired home.
