Bought a pack of diamond drill bits for going through rock and stone – experimenting with some detailing on the D3 design. The drill-bits came with the following no-bullshit instructions:
“Always use light pressure, let the equipment do the work. The life of a diamond drill is impossible to predict. It varies based on the hardness and thickness of the material, as well as the skill of the operator. Remember heat is the enemy, the cooler you keep your bit the longer it will last.”
