A couple of days to settle the team into our Bangkok apartment, and calibrate to Thai life. Breakfast is street food, and a tray of take-out condensed-milk coffees from our neighbourhood barista – cups and a kettle of hot water for top-ups. Thai street crockery has a wonderfully worn colour palette.
