How does your experience at the point of purchase change when the corporate values and tactics are clearly visible?
The interplay between buyer/seller/cash register used to be fairly stable – with the mechanics of the process hidden from the watchful eyes of the customer. With the introduction of new form factors, and in particular the opportunities that come from wireless, miniaturisation and mobility this equation changes.
