What does Google and Microsoft know about Apple, that Apple doesn’t know about Apple?

Think: search, domains, IP addresses, inspiration, design, patents, prior-art etc.

And given that Apple probably knows what it doesn’t know, how will this change their process of bringing products to market? If our ability to reference inspiration is hampered, how does it impact the inspiration process?
