What are the motivations for denoting the competence of any driver? The ways in which the competence of the driver can be displayed, viewed in real time?

What happens when you and your vehicle can pull on information in the cloud? DUI’s. Insurance claims. Comments from other drivers on the road?

Forget the “how’s my driving sticker” on the back of the truck. Think real time annotation of a vehicle and/or driver – by yourself, your vehicle and your sensor array. And to bring it fuller circle – how does a driver react in real time to comments on themselves in real time?
