Overnight stopover in Tokyo en route to Dubai/Kabul – chanced upon a new addition to Harajuku’s already teeming retail experiences: the Mammut experience store that is 3/4s climbing wall, with a bit of retail thrown in. A lo-fi mixed gender crowd, a stylistically beautiful venue; and an activity that works well with the Japanese physique and mental attitude. Two thumbs ups for getting the balance right.
